Delivery Information

We ship our items via a DHL company to any country in the world.

Delivery of your item can take between 3-4 weeks from when the payment is cleared. This is due to ensuring the measurements are correct for the chosen dress, 2-3 days for quality check and 4-5 days courier to deliver the dress.

Each individual shipment is insured to the value of the item. A tracking number is provided for the clients convenience.

Weight of dresses, scarves, abayas and bridal dresses vary and ranging from 0.5kg to 7kg

Acacia Label's couriers is DHL and Aramex; both providers facilitate a tracking facility for each of the parcel we've successfully delivered.

The buyer acts as a importer when the transaction is complete, and he/she is liable to pay for all postal imports / customs duties
