For those dresses/bridal/abaya that is tailored, crafted and designed refunds/exchanges/credits will not be possible.
For those dresses/abaya/scarves that are not individually crafted and designed for the wearer then those can be partially refunded at 40% and insured shipment costs back to Acacia Label (in UAE). All return shipping cost is solely responsible by the customer. We do not offer free returns and are not responsible for return shipping.
If however, a mistake was made on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs provided that we have been contacted within 7 days of delivery.
When initiating a return, you may use whatever shipping method you prefer. We recommend acquiring a tracking number and purchasing shipping insurance. Acacia Label is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.
